We prioritize questions that are useful to people with PCOS, supported by genuine audience or search demand, and meaningfully different from pages we already publish. We consolidate overlapping wording into one canonical resource.

- Enough reliable evidence for the claim
- A useful next step beyond a generic answer
Writing and review
Every page must distinguish established evidence from early findings and uncertainty. Automated tools may assist research, translation and drafting, but they do not replace source checks or required medical review.
- Low-risk pages receive editorial validation.
- Medium- and high-risk pages remain unpublished until an assigned human review is recorded.
- Translated pages must preserve the meaning, cautions and evidence of the canonical content.
Updates and corrections
We monitor search performance to find unclear or incomplete pages, but rankings do not determine medical conclusions. Substantive changes are retained in revision history. Pages that are outdated, duplicative or unhelpful may be consolidated, marked noindex or retired.
